OKRs:
  • Increase discoverability between experiences and within experiences as well (Variants)

  • Increase Conversion rate

Constraint:
  • Work within the existing Headout tech setup and not change the booking flow.

Assumptions:
  • If users can understand the difference between experiences better then the CVR would increase as well as current setup is very confusing

  • Pinned card/bestsellers get higher clicks and convert better than regular experience cards
